Merry Christmas everyone.. I wanted to do a perfume review for you today and I'm starting with a real good one. Inis "The Energy of the Sea" was first launched in 1998 and has been a best seller worldwide since then. Inspired by the beauty and energy of the sea off the western coast of Ireland Inis "embodies the coolness, clarity, energy and purity of the sea". I love anything to do with the sea and this fragrance reminds me of many happy days spent in Salthill, Galway. It is very hard to capture a fragrance in words and everyone has different tastes but I will try to describe this scent as best I can.
Inis is a beautiful easy fragrance to wear. It smells clean, crisp and invigorating - everything the ocean embodies. It reminds me of sunshine on my face and a light breeze on a summer's day. For those of you who want to know about the Fragrance Notes they are as follows: Top Notes Sparkling, diffusive citrus, notes of Sicilian lemon, bergamot, neroli and traces of marine notes. Middle Notes Muguet(Lily of the valley) and geranium Bottom Notes Enrichening and deepening spice notes of cloves and nutmeg, combined with sandalwood, oakmoss and musk Inis is a unisex fragrance and has great lasting power. You only need one or two sprays and it will last you throughout the day. The bottle is a beautiful frosted glass with the Inis logo on the front of the bottle. It comes in 30ml (€24), 50ml (€29) & 100ml (€39) and there is a huge range of body products and gifts sets available also. You can check out the full Inis family here @www.perfume.ie
